Internal Email
Compose Emails
EduSuite facilitates its users with a winsome feature named Internal Mail System for any Organization or Group. This module reduces the usage of paper work for transferring of any information thus resulting in reduced cost faced in information sharing, plus less overheads in maintaining and organizing information required for future references.
This section of Internal Mail, allows its users to communicate with each other via sending mails. Users are also added to attach files (if required) along with the mails.
Receive Emails
This section holds the incoming mails directed to the user by any other user on edusuite. The recipient can choose to reply, forward, delete and save the emails.
Send Emails
This folder of Internal Mails Module will save the complete history of mails sent by the recipient as a record to be checked and reviewed in the future. It also provides user with choice to delete, reply or forward mails.
Draft
It provides a might to store unsent mails (if any), for any future references.
Saved Items
This folder accommodates those mails saved by the user at any instant (generally important mails). Once the mail is saved in the Saved Mails folder it is removed from the Inbox folder.
Trash
This section has similar functionality as recycle bin in windows. It saves the deleted mails from the inbox folder to be retrieved at some later time. It acts as a backup folder if in case any mail is deleted accidentally by the user.
Calendar
The calendar is used to provide a functionality to view, edit and/or delete appointments. Appointments to view the tasks for a particular date in the future or in the past.(appointments akin to both past and future can be viewed).

The student admission module of edusuite takes care of the profiling of students. The data entered through the admission form are stored for future processing. You can add guardians and other important details of the student.
