The creation of these online records enables the Institute to print a Library Card as a Paper based card for RFID, Smart Card etc. This feature reduces the additional work for a Librarian in creating Student Library card manually.

The library management module automatically calculates fine according to issued date of books and display fine in the Student’s profile making it easier for Librarian to collect accurate fine from students.
This also eradicates any chances of books being misplaced from the Library as it stores the details of the entire student to whom the book has been issued are captured in a centralized database through this module.
Advantage:
It saves time of both Student and Librarian, and there is no chance of missing the data and calculation of the fine of particular book will be done properly.
Auto Responder for Returning Books
This is an auto responder feature through which an Email/SMS is fired to the student who:
Request for copy of book and the copy is available in Library
When a copy of the book is issued to a Student
Notification for timely return of book
Returns an issued copy of book
This helps students in keeping track of books issued to him for a particular duration and saving fine by making a timely return for the same. This also aids other students who are waiting for a copy of this book.
