When the College has to take admission of new students then the controller has to first create the exam and declare the exam schedule and then sale the Application form. Through this Online Education product the applicants can register online.
Applicants will get an online application form. When applicants fill the application form, they will get the application Id. Applicants take that application id to the controller to pay the fees.
When the application form fees are paid by the applicants then the controller can generate the Admit Cards. Applicants can generate their Admit card by entering the applicant id in the admit card link on the home page.
After that Applicants give the Entrance Exam and wait for the results. The exam can be conducted online.
Applicants can View their result by entering their Roll No in the Result Link. So after Declaring the result controller create a counseling schedule and mail the Schedule to the Applicants who have cleared the cut off.
Applicants are called according to their Ranks and the start date, end date of Counseling is mentioned in the mail. Applicant enters his/her User Id and User Password to enter for counseling process and select their preferences as per their rank and submit it.
Then the controller allocates the seats to the applicant as per their rank & category. Other applicants whose counseling will be on the other date they can view the Seat Status in the colleges.
The selected applicants can view their allocated colleges and the branch in the allocated college. After that the Applicant gets the Admission in that particular College.
