Declare Counselling Schedule
After declaring the result controller creates a counseling schedule and mails the schedule to the Applicants who have cleared the cut off. Applicants are called according to their Ranks and the start date, end date of Counseling is mentioned in the mail. Applicant enters his/her User Id and User Password to enter for counseling process and select their course preferences as per their rank and submit it.
Link Counselling Schedule centre
Edusuite provides the facility to link the counseling schedule to the selected center.
This helps the applicants in knowing the counseling schedule as per his choice of centre.
View Counselling Schedule
When the schedule for counseling is declared by the controller the applicants who have appeared for the entrance exam to get a notification mail by the controller in which they can see the schedule and location for counseling..
Allocation Seats to the Applicants
After the counseling process controller allocates the seats to the applicant as per their rank & category. Other applicants whose counseling will be on another date can also view the number of seats available in the respective colleges.
Seat Status
EduSuite also provides the feature to see the seat status during the counseling process. Candidates who have appeared for the counseling can see the number of seats available in the college through seat status feature.
Online/Offline Fee Payment
The selected applicants can view their allocated colleges and the branch and the Applicant is eligible for Admission in that particular College. Candidates, who got the seat in the college by counseling process, have an option to pay their admission fees online, using Netbanking, Credit Card or other methods at the time of seat allocation.
