Online Applicant Registration
When the College initiates admission process the controller is required to first create an examination and declare schedule which is succeeded by persuading students to buy the Application form. This Online Education product facilitates online registration.
After filling an online application form, applicants are provided with a unique application id that is to be used for payment of fee to controller.
There is an online application form, to collect all the relevant info which may required by an Institute in the admission from an Applicant. Some of this info can be used for filtering the applicants for a particular course.The form is customizable and can be changed on the requirement of an Institute.
Online updation of registration
If an applicant wants to update his registration details like email id, mobile no. or any of the contact details he has available options in this regard.
Notifications for Registration
When an applicant registers online or carries any updating for registration like exam schedule or examination center he/she gets notification via email and/or SMS.
Online payment for Registration fee
When applicants fill the application form, they will get the application Id. Applicants take that application id to the controller to pay the fees. Through an online registration process an applicant can pay their registration fee online through online payment facility of Edusuite using options like Netbanking, Payment Gateway, Credit Card etc.
Admit Card Generation/display
On the payment of applicant’s fees to controller the controller can generate the Admit Card. Applicants can acquire their Admit card by entering the applicant id in the admit card link on the home page.
Enquiry
Edusuite provides an online inquiry facility. If applicant wants to inquire about the entrance exam schedule, location or any other info they can easily do inquiry online.
Demo Test
Edusuite provides a demo test feature that allows applicants to take demo test before the exam. Applicants get a good idea about the nature of Entrance exam and help them to prepare for entrance exam through demo test feature of Edusuite.
Entrance Exam
There is a process of Entrance Exam before the admission which some institutes like to conduct. Edusuite enables Institutes to conduct an online Exam with Multiple Choice Questions (another type of pattern can also be used) which applicant is required to undergo to get the admission in the college.
Result Declaration
After appearing for online entrance exam, Applicants can view their results by entering their Roll No in the Result Link. The controller can review results and create a counseling schedule and mail the Schedule to the Applicants who have cleared the cut off decided for admission.
Rank Generation
Edusuite generates ranks of the applicants based on their scores on the entrance exam. Applicants are informed of the date they are required along with counseling schedule. Applicant enters his/her User Id and User Password to enter for counseling process and select their course preferences as per their rank and submit it for admission.
